DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideal candidate is passionate about providing administrative support for a team in our emerging industry.

  • Provide flexible administrative support to enhance productivity and exceed facility and business needs
  • Responsible for typing, filing, and computer operations as required
  • Assist in data entry of records and ensure that they are properly completed
  • Assist with new hire on-boarding and dispensary agent card process with guidance from HR
  • Represent the front office of our facility, acts as an assistant to facility Managers and Directors
  • Schedule meetings, and attend team meetings as needed to take notes
  • Maintain appointment schedule and calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Assist with tracking employees annual training requirements and plan meetings accordingly with guidance from HR
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work, promote company culture in the office
  • Maintain office supplies in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Follow the established purchasing process for procurement of office supplies and other facility equipment/supplies
  • Accurately and promptly maintain records and reports, both originals and electronic copies
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of professional experience related to office administration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle high stress situations, to be adaptable, and to embrace change
  • High proficiency of use with Office, Word, Excel, etc
  • Detail oriented, self-directed, and motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
  • Proper employment documentation
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Through extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day. Extended periods of time sitting at a computer
  • If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule based on facility needs.
  • Environmental Requirements and Exposure:
  • Potential exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required
