Arizona Natural Selections’ is looking for dedicated people with a can-do attitude to join our cultivation team in Phoenix, AZ. As part of our Cultivation, Post Harvest team you will in a fast paced, physically demanding work environment with a constant eye on producing quality products for our dispensaries. Punctuality, motivated, hardworking individuals with excellent attention to detail. This is a full time permanent position working Monday – Thursday from 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Post-Harvest Supervisor is primarily responsible direct oversight of the Post-Harvest process and team members including hanging plants, curing, and trimming.

The Post-Harvest Supervisor will provide oversight of all Post-Harvest team members and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant regulations at all times. Additionally, the Post-Harvest Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. This ensures the quality of product meets or exceeds standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effective supervision of post-harvest and trim staff using clear communication and frequent constructive feedback; display knowledge, leadership and guidance to all manufacturing team members
  • Collaborate with the Cultivation Manager on production and scheduling of all manufacturing duties, including planning from all harvests and post-harvest processes
  • Maintain the efficiency of all necessary steps and procedures of harvest and addresses any issues of which may arise, with the support of the Cultivation Manager
  • Create and follow all safety protocols, compliance and SOP’S
  • Maintain and monitor all plants and plant health throughout every stage of the curing process
  • As directed, ensure all new team members are trained in proper and preferred bud care techniques
  • Identify and correct all environmental problems and/or diseases
  • Ensure all weighing of product and recording of data is accurate
  • Ensure facility is consistently stocked with appropriate supplies
  • Maintain and enforce an organized, hazard-free and clean working environment
  • Oversee all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease
  • Responsible for calibration and cleaning of pH, EC, and ORP Meters
  • Track harvests by strain, phenotype, potency and yields
  • Preserve product standards of excellence
  • Provide help and support to the Post-Harvest Team
  • Provide weekly reporting to Cultivation Manger
  • Adhere to company standards including maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
  • All other job duties as assigned by management


  • Strong computer skills for data entry is required
  • Self-management and 1 -2 years of supervisor or management experience
  • Analytical skills, adaptability, problem solving and versatility
  • Must be able to take initiative, make decisions and be proactive
  • Desired work ethic includes being detail oriented, highly organized, positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a good communicator
  • Preferred experience working in a large-scale cannabis grow facility’s post-harvest team
  • Experience in horticulture, crop management, cultivation mechanical systems, plumbing; including irrigation systems, and electric
  • Associates Degree or year of experience
  • Follow ADHS compliance rule and laws
  • Follow company policies and standards
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent communication with staff, management, and vendors
  • Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
  • Must be able to handle labor centric work
  • Must be able to work in a cultivation environment with moderate to loud noise level
  • Must be able to work in manufacturing or production facilities with moderate to loud noise level and changing working conditions. May require use of safety equipment or personal protective equipment, as needed
